U.S.A. - Frankie with his Filipina mom & American dad (who passed away a few years back).
Since his mother is the full sister of my (late) father, then he is my 1st cousin, Correct?
Of course, Frankie is much much older, bigger & definitely smellier now...
His father MIGHT have had DUTCH blood but I'm quite sure he was not a WHITE POLICEMAN...

with lots of children/people & I usually hid myself from the crowd...
Toys (mostly my brother's) include the white WHIRLYBIRD, a TONKA road grader,
a WHITE MP (Military Policeman) on a Jeep, and at top left, two FLYING SAUCERS!!!
- my sister's & my brother's which will not fall off a tabletop. I just inherited their toys...
My brother usually asked for & got what he wanted...
